Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Promptobi (the "Service"), you accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. What Promptobi is

Promptobi is a web application that lets you store, organize, generate and improve AI prompts. The Service is provided "as is" in its beta version, without any warranty of availability, continuous operation or error-free use.

3. Eligibility and minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom or any jurisdiction where the minimum age to consent to the processing of personal data is higher, you must be at least 16 years old. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. If we discover that a minor is using the Service without verifiable parental consent, we will close the account.

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and not to share your account with third parties. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or violate the rights of others.
  • Generate, store or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the Service, reverse engineer it, or automate abusive use.
  • Spam, mass scraping, or any activity that affects the operation of the Service for other users.

6. Content you create

You own the content you upload (prompts, notes, attachments). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store and process that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service. We do not use the content of your prompts to train models nor share it with third parties, except as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. AI services

The Service integrates third-party AI models (via Lovable AI Gateway). AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, offensive or inappropriate. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content. Always verify information before relying on it.

8. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or inside the app. Continued use after the changes means acceptance.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptobi and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months (zero if you use the free version).

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute will be resolved before the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
